Wild is a clean, beautiful and fully customizable responsive WordPress theme. This theme packs many premium features and several custom widgets which helps making your theme professional and well organized. As a beginner blogger, attracting visitor and start your blogging carer will be lot easier with this theme.


Installation

Installing your theme is pretty easy! After downloading you should have a wild.zip file. This is a compressed file containing all of the required templates and images required for the theme to function properly.

Upload Theme

  • Go to Appearance > Themes in the WordPress Dashboard
  • Click on the Add New button on top of the page
  • Click on the Upload button on top of the page
  • upload the zipped file

Activate the theme

  • Go to Appearance > Themes in the WordPress Dashboard.
  • Hover over the theme thumbnail and press the Activate button

Menu Setup

Create a custom Menu and assign a menu location to display your own Menu. If you want selective menus with combination of links, pages, categories then custom menu is what you should be looking for.


Front Page settings (PRO)

  • Go to Appearance > Customize in the WordPress Dashboard.
  • Click on the Front Page Layouts

There are 6 layouts select the appropriate layout for you. You can hide slider, promo boxes, sidebar here.

Promo Box Settings (PRO)

  • Go to Appearance > Customize in the WordPress Dashboard.
  • Click on the Promo Box Settings

Here you have 3 options in promo box title give the title you want to display, in image section select the appropriate image and third option is for the link you want to add with adjacent promo box.

Featured Slider

  • Go to Appearance > Customize in the WordPress Dashboard.
  • Click on the Featured Slider

you can choose either category or featured post/page id here to show in slider amount of slides can be adjusted in the amount of slide drop down.

Single Post Settings (PRO)

  • Go to Appearance > Customize in the WordPress Dashboard.
  • Click on the Single Post Settings

Archive Pages Layouts (PRO)

  • Go to Appearance > Customize in the WordPress Dashboard.
  • Click on the Archive Pages Layouts

tag, author, date all archive page layout choices are given here you can hide and show side bar as well.

Search Page Layouts (PRO)

  • Go to Appearance > Customize in the WordPress Dashboard.
  • Click on the Search Page Layouts

search page layout can be adjusted here you can hide and show on search page as well.

Social Media Links

  • Go to Appearance > Customize in the WordPress Dashboard.
  • Click on the Social Media Links

All social media links are given here you can hide and show header footer icons as per need.

Site Identity

  • Go to Appearance > Customize in the WordPress Dashboard.
  • Click on the Site Identity

You can easily change your logo here recommended size is 250×200 px
